Flooding in Fargo

Today, the Red River has reached record heights of water. The majority of the people in the cities of Fargo, North Dakota and Moorhead, Minnesota were forced to evacuate from by the danger of the Red River flooding. A strange thing is that people were asked to clog there drains. They had to do that because they had sewers that emptied into the river but like from above the river. Now the flood water is over the drains and is starting to cause problems within the cities. Hundreds of volunteers have pile sandbags in Fargo and the places that the levies can't cover in M0orhead. I say that because Moorhead has levies and Fargo dosen't. It was declared a federal disaster zone by President Obama.
